Complimentary Gift Offer Terms
Malena London is pleased to offer complimentary gifts as part of our customer appreciation programme.
By participating in this promotion, customers agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Offer Overview
Malena London offers complimentary gifts to both first-time and returning customers under the following conditions:
- First-time customers: Customers placing their first order through the official Malena London website are eligible to receive one complimentary gift with their purchase.
- Returning customers: Customers who have previously placed an order with Malena London are eligible to receive one complimentary gift when their new order has a qualifying purchase value of 150 or more in the currency displayed at checkout.

- Signature Bag Charm
Available gift options may vary depending on stock availability.
2. Eligibility
The complimentary gift offer applies only to eligible orders placed through the official Malena London website.
The first-order complimentary gift is available once per customer and is intended exclusively for customers who have not previously placed an order with Malena London.
Malena London reserves the right to verify first-order eligibility using information associated with the customer or order, including the customer's name, email address, billing address, shipping address and payment details.
For returning customers, the minimum qualifying purchase value of 150 is calculated after discounts and promotional codes have been applied and before delivery charges where applicable.
Returning customer orders that do not meet the qualifying threshold are not eligible for the promotion.
Only one complimentary gift may be provided per eligible order.
3. Gift Selection
Where available, eligible customers may select their preferred complimentary gift during checkout.
If a gift is not selected during checkout, Malena London may contact the customer after purchase to confirm their preferred gift option.
If we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to select an available gift on the customer's behalf.
4. Availability
All complimentary gifts are subject to availability.
If a selected gift becomes unavailable, Malena London reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of similar value.
The colour, style or design of the complimentary gift may vary depending on available stock.
5. Returns & Refunds
If an eligible order is returned in full, the complimentary gift must also be returned in unused condition and, where applicable, in its original packaging.
For returning customers, if part of an order is returned and the remaining order value falls below the qualifying threshold of 150, the complimentary gift must also be returned in unused condition.
For first-time customers, if the entire first order is returned or cancelled, the complimentary gift must also be returned where it has already been dispatched or delivered.
If the complimentary gift is not returned when required, its retail value may be deducted from any refund issued where permitted by applicable law.
6. Misuse of the Offer
The first-order complimentary gift is limited to one per customer and household.
Orders placed using different email addresses, customer accounts or other details for the purpose of obtaining multiple first-order gifts may be considered ineligible.
Malena London reserves the right to cancel, withhold or recover a complimentary gift where we reasonably believe that the offer has been misused, duplicated or obtained fraudulently.
7. Promotion Changes
Malena London reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Such changes will not affect eligible orders already placed and confirmed prior to the change taking effect.
