DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch the goods ordered by you as soon as possible, we usually ship and dispatched 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. If for some reason your order can not be shipped within this time frame you will be informed.

Our main shipping currier is DHL. We ship with DHL express, which delivered most items within 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date. 

We ship all our orders from our London inventory facilities. The estimated delivery time once your order ships is 3-business days with DHL express.  

We offer a flat rate shipping fee:

UK EXPRESS SHIPPING £7.00

EU AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING £20.00

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Please note MALENA LONDON can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance as this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to MALENA LONDON you will be liable for the additional fees charged for return and re-delivery.
For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.
RETURNS POLICY

Please refer to our size chart to ensure you order the correct size, in exceptional circumstances should your order not fit well, we are more than happy to offer an exchange in size or a refund. We will not allow exchange more than once.

In order to qualify for an exchange or a refund, please ensure your product is returned in the original condition with the tags still attached, they are unworn and without odour or perfume and are not damaged or marked. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet these conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order. 

Before shipping an item back to us, please request an exchange authorisation request from our returns department within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing info@malenalondon.com with your order number and the reason for exchange or refund.

Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return/exchange back to us if there are no faults with your item. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. In a rare incident that the item has arrived with a fault, we will reimburse the returns delivery cost within 7-10 working days of informing us of the problem.

NB: If your purchase was made using a discount code or the item was purchased on sale it is only eligible for exchange, not refund.
