If a gift is not selected during checkout, Malena London may contact the customer after purchase to confirm their preferred gift option.
If we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to select an available gift on the customer's behalf.

If a selected gift becomes unavailable, Malena London reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of similar value.
5. Returns & Refunds
If an order is returned and the remaining order value falls below the qualifying threshold, the complimentary gift must also be returned in unused condition.
If the complimentary gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from any refund issued where permitted by applicable law.

Malena London reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Such changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed prior to the change taking effect.
